When Jesus was asked, “What is the greatest commandment?” he responded with a simple answer: “to love God, and to love others.” Jesus modeled this love perfectly in his ministry, sharing the love of God with the people around him by participating in community, helping the oppressed, encouraging others to lead a moral and ethical life, and acting as an agent of God’s grace to the world. We have a lot to learn from Jesus, and we hope that by following the lessons he taught and the life he led, that we too might one day perfectly love God and love others.
