In June 2007, Cornerstone lost a dear, young member of our family, Bradley Barkman. The Barkman family has graciously offered to use the memorial funds given in his honor to help start a grief support group here at Cornerstone.
The program chosen is Grief Share -- a weekly support group that includes video seminars, small group discussion and workbook-based personal study and reflection.
One need not be a member of Cornerstone to participate. If you or someone you know would like to be a part of this meaningful ministry, please contact Sherrie Barkman through the church office. |
